Alicia (Thompson) Smyth ('98, CLAS) was recently named President of the Florida Association of Colleges & Employers (FloridaACE). FloridaACE is a professional association that connects career services professionals at Florida colleges and universities with corporate university relations recruiters around the state of Florida. Alicia has served on the FloridaACE board in various positions since 2010.
Alicia has a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Florida and currently serves as the Executive Director of Career Services for Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL. She has worked in the career services profession since 2000.
