Bianca Jean Philippe enters her final year as a first-generation Health Science student pursuing a career in medicine. She was born and raised in Jacksonville Beach Florida, where her parents moved after migrating from the beautiful island of Haiti. Whether it was Senior Class Treasurer for Stanton College Preparatory High School, women's team captain of First Coast Rowing Club, or as a local hospital volunteer: Bianca has served as a passionate and reliable leader. Her passion for service guided her to the University of Florida. 


Bianca joined the Florida Cicerones as a first year and grew alongside the organization. She has worked for the Center for Inclusion and Multicultural Engagement, volunteered as the Health Programming Chair for the Gator Chapter of the NAACP, and currently serves as a Care Coordinator for the Mobile Outreach Clinic at UF. The Florida Cicerones have thrived since 1968 on the pillars of Service, Passion, and Professionalism. In the organization, Bianca has served as a Photography & Design Committee Chair and an executive board member. In 2023, she became the Membership Vice President where she oversaw retreats, recruitment, and mentorship. In the spring semester Bianca led and educated the New Member class of 2024. She is committed to apply her diverse leadership experience as the President for the 2024-2025 year. Bianca is honored and excited to finish her final year as an undergraduate student at the University of Florida and uphold the high pillars of the Florida Cicerones community to support the students today, and alumni tomorrow.


As President of the Florida Cicerones, Bianca serves as an ex-officio member of the Board of Directors; her term expires on 6/30/2025.
