A Florida native, Tracie has called New York City home since 1996, when she graduated from the University of Florida with degrees in Finance and English. Before entering real estate, she worked for seven years as a consulting manager with Accenture’s Capital Markets Group, advising senior executives on strategic initiatives, business ventures, and global communications.
Tracie brings extensive expertise across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and South Florida, including Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, and Miami Beach. She holds a Florida broker’s license and, together with her sister, Elizabeth, leverages Douglas Elliman International and the firm’s global network to provide around-the-clock service to their rental and sales clients.
Since co-founding the team with her sister Elizabeth in 2004, Tracie has led a top-producing group recognized among Douglas Elliman’s Pinnacle Award winners, representing the top 1 to 2 percent of agents companywide year after year. Her team consistently ranks among the monthly Top 25 for both sales and rentals. Tracie has also been named among the top 100 brokers in New York City and among the top 1.5 percent of agents nationwide by REALTrends + Tom Ferry.
Tracie is passionate about real estate and the communities she serves. She is fascinated by the nuances of local markets and is dedicated to making her clients’ transitions as seamless as possible. Buyers, sellers, renters, and landlords benefit from her experience, intuition, and business expertise, while her enthusiasm and professionalism shine through in every interaction.
Outside of work, Tracie enjoys traveling, running, kickboxing, golfing, volunteering, practicing Spanish, and singing karaoke, sometimes with her championship league team. She is also honored to serve on the board of CouldYouCup, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women and girls worldwide.
