Todd Andrew, who graduated in 1987 with a degree in building construction, is celebrating 20 years as president of Orlando-based Andrew General Contractors (AGC).
His full-service firm employs 12 people and specializes in commercial, industrial and retail construction. Listed among the Orlando Business Journal’s 50 fastest-growing companies in Central Florida, AGC also made the publication’s annual list for “Best Places to Work.”
“A lot has changed in this industry over the past two decades,” Andrew says, “but the principles I learned in the Rinker School of Building Construction – quality, integrity and ‘can-do’ enthusiasm – have guided me every step of the way.”
While at UF, Andrew was a member of Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. He and his wife, Sandy, have three children: Connor, Claire and Logan.
