I have represented clients in personal injury litigation for over 25 years, earning among other honors, an “AV-Preeminent” rating by Martindale-Hubbell, “Superb” rating by avvo.com, membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, being named one of Florida’s SuperLawyers and one of Tampa’s Top Rated Lawyers. After several years handling claims for the insurance industry, I founded Hancock Law Firm in 1996 with a clear understanding of the insurance industry and how to obtain the best results for my clients. I graduated from the University of Florida and South Texas College of Law. I am a second generation Tampa native - my father was born here in Tampa, and I am proud to be raising my own two daughters here. Among other charitable organizations for which I volunteer, I serve on the Board of Directors of the Carrollwood Community Bar Association and as Legal Counsel on the Board of Directors of the Carrollwood Civic Association.
