Hello Gator Nation!
I'm super excited to (finally) join the greatest alumni association in the world. A lot has changes since my time at the University of Florida. I very specifically remember finishing my last exam, in Advertising Law, walking out of Gannett Auditorium in Weimer Hall thinking, "I'll never have to take another exam ever again. How naive! That was two graduate degrees and a Florida Real Estate license ago.
Since my graduation in the Fall of 96', I worked in advertising for a local newspaper in West Palm Beach and quickly realized sales was not for me. So, I went back to school and switched fields. After 10 years of teaching for the School District of Palm Beach County and 12 years as an adjunct instructor at Palm Beach State College, I recently settled into my new role as a full-time Associate Professor of Political Science at Palm Beach State College.
Perhaps my most important accomplishment, however, was teaching my (now two-and-a-half year old) son how to do the Gator Chomp. Raise them young and teach them right. Go Gators!!
