The Gator Club of Jacksonville was founded in 1979 for football fans to watch games with other Gators in the area. Over our 40 years, we have expanded our mission and grown immensely to serve the 14,000+ Gators who also call the Bold City home. Our Club is one of the largest in the nation. 

​Today, Gator Clubs operate as affiliate organizations of the University of Florida Alumni Association and can be found in cities all over the globe. The Gator Nation truly is everywhere! In Jacksonville, we are passionate about our Orange and Blue community and offer a wide variety of events to spark interest in any kind of Gator.

The Gator Club of Jacksonville's mission is to foster and enhance the relationship between the University of Florida, its alumni, students and friends in Duval County and to support the University’s mission of teaching, research and service.

We're proud to invest in the success of our local students. Thanks to the generosity of our club members and partners, we are able to provide financial support for tuition and other educational expenses through our Scholarship Fund, which awards more than $20,000+ each year.
