We are pleased to make an annual commitment to the Machen Florida Opportunity Scholars Fund, which allows academically qualified students to attend UF who are coming from families where the student is the first to attend college and the family's income would not enable the student to attend. We know that our dollars are helping the future of the Gator Nation stay bright and connected.
Incoming Freshman Scholarship Program
The Southern California Gator Club sponsors graduating high school seniors from the Southern California area who choose to attend the University of Florida. SoCal Gator scholarship recipients are selected after a review of their applications, which focus on the student’s academic record, community service, and leadership abilities. The scholarship committee reviews each application before a final selection is made.
