Back by popular demand, we will host a night of fun at WhirlyDome with WhirlyBall and Laser Tag matches. What is WhirlyBall? It is best described as a combination of basketball, jai-alai and hockey played while riding in an electronically powered machine, similar to a bumper car, called a WhirleyBug. There are 10 WhirleyBugs on the playing court at one time; five red and five yellow (we prefer orange and blue, but we will let that slide). In one hand, the player has a Jai-Alai style plastic scoop and in the other hand a steering crank. The ball being tossed around is a softball size whiffle ball. Jai-Alai on wheels! Are you in?
