The UF Alumni Association was an official Group Partner of the Miami Marathon on Sunday, January 29 and hosted a team of 17 enthusiastic Gators who dedicated themselves to training for either the full or half marathon. Despite frigid temperatures and rain showers throughout the morning, The Gators Run 305 Team used the strength of The Gator Nation® to push through and complete their journey through downtown Miami!
The weekend started with a team pre-party at Batch Gastropub, the official Watch Party location for the Miami Gator Club®. UFAA staff and team members enjoyed great food and drinks while discussing race techniques and best practices.
We are currently planning for 2018 and will be sending out team information for next year. Mark your calendars for January 27-28, 2018 in Miami. Go Gators!
