Applicant FAQs

1. What is the time commitment like?
New Members are required to attend a one-hour training per week in addition to Weekly General Body Meetings (GBMs).

Traditionally New Members, in their first semester, are expected to complete 10 - 15 credits in addition to the weekly training and meeting. A service credit minimum will be set by the Executive Board at the beginning of the semester.

2. What's required for the application?
The application will consist of a written portion which includes a resume component as well as a creative writing assignment. All applicants will schedule their group interview following the submission of their written applications. Following group interviews, a select number of applicants will be invited to participate in individual interviews.

Applicants must have a current Students Today, Alumni Tomorrow membership which has an associated fee. If you are not selected your membership will not be refunded. The organization will work with applicants with limited financial resources.

3. When will applications become available?
Applications will open at 12am on January 2 and close at 11:59pm on January 16. Applications can be found here.
