The Philadelphia Gator Club Board of volunteers meets approximately 5 times a year to plan our events, organize fundraising efforts, establish communications with the alumni group, and select the scholarship winners. Most of our check-in meetings are by conference calls, but we also meet in person occasionally to prepare the weekly watch parties / annual golf tournament and to socialize.
Officer elections are conducted in May/June, for new terms which are served from July 1 to June 30. The president may serve for two terms and then a new president elect should that role, ensuring that these responsibilities are shared.
