Sarah Stephens, BS ’11, MS ’13, is a Senior Manager for Academic Systems Planning and Development at All Children’s Hospital with the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, where she focuses on integrating both organization level and department level systems and programs. She has recruited several senior level faculty and endowed chairs. She has been involved with various integration initiatives including the acquisition of over 30 research faculty/staff and over $10 million in equipment, and the development of several research service centers on campus. She recently completed the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt curriculum at Villanova University and is an active member of the Association of Administrators in Academic Pediatrics.


While serving as President of the Pinellas County Gator Club since 2019, she led efforts to develop and implement systems, processes and technology to standardize operations. The Club has awarded over $60,000 in scholarships, re-activated its Young Alumni Program, implemented a monthly networking program, developed a strategic plan, and improved its relationships with UFAA leadership and other Gator Clubs across the country. Subsequently, Sarah was awarded the Regional Director’s Award in 2019-2020 and 2020-2021. In the fall of 2022, Sarah championed a supply drive for those impacted by Hurricane Ian by partnering not only with a Tampa Gator owned business but also with 15 alumni groups in the Bay area from other colleges and universities. Sarah lives in St. Petersburg, FL and will be serving her first term on the UFAA Board of Directors; her term will expire 6/30/2026.
