About the Conference
The Alumni Volunteer Leadership Conference (AVLC) gathers the UF Alumni Association’s Board of Directors and Gator Club® & Affiliate Group leaders to connect, collaborate and celebrate the unrelenting spirit of the Gator Nation®. Programming begins with pre-conference sessions Friday, followed by a welcome reception, conference-style presentations, panels, and topic-focused sessions through Saturday. Friday night culminates with the Clubbies Award Reception.

Inspire & Empower Leaders
We want Gator Club® and Affiliate Group officers to return home inspired and equipped with clarity on roles, responsibilities, and best practices. AVLC provides tools and resources to build and lead strong Clubs and Groups.
Program
What to Expect
A few days of leadership development, learning from guest speakers, connecting with fellow Gators, and exploring UF’s latest programs through curated campus tours.
Registration
Who Should Register
We invite each attending Gator Club®/Affiliate Group officer or director to complete their registration. There is no registration fee for current board members.
