Shea Manigo

Dr. Shea Manigo, BA ’01, is the Senior Vice President of Retail Operations-West for CVS Pharmacy, overseeing colleagues in over 5,000 CVS Pharmacy locations across the United States.  

Shea joined CVS Health during the Target Pharmacy acquisition and has served in various roles with increasing scope and responsibility. Working in partnership with enterprise leaders, Shea focuses on developing bold strategies and operational excellence to strengthen consumer loyalty, convenience, and satisfaction. Throughout her career, Shea has developed an abundance of retail knowledge and a consumer-obsessed mindset.  Shea is passionate about consumer and colleague well-being, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and creating a seamless omnichannel experience.   

Shea chairs the CVS Diversity Management Leadership Council, a council of enterprise senior leaders who collaborate to further strategic diversity objectives.  Externally, Shea serves on the board of A Better Chance an organization aimed to help minority students pursue post-secondary education supporting entry into the nation’s premier boarding, day, and public schools.   

Shea holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida, a Doctor of Pharmacy from Medical University of South Carolina and an MBA from The Citadel.  Shea grew up in High Springs, FL and now resides in McKinney, TX.  She and her husband Terrence, have two sons Cameron and Devin. She is serving as a presidential appointment to fill a vacancy on the UFAA Board of Directors through 6/30/2025.
