Gordon Glover, BSSS ’01, MESS ’02, is the founder of Glover Law Firm, with offices in Ocala and The Villages, where he specializes in business litigation and personal injury.

Since graduating from law school, Gordon has held numerous leadership positions within the legal community. He served as president of The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division (2015–16), where he oversaw an organization representing approximately 25,000 young lawyers. Since 2021, Gordon has represented the 5th Judicial Circuit on The Florida Bar Board of Governors, currently serving as Co-Chair of the Special Committee on Artificial Intelligence and previously chairing the Legislation and Technology Committees. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for Florida Lawyers Mutual Insurance Company, past president of the Marion County Bar Association, and a former member of the Florida Commission on Access to Civil Justice.

Beyond his legal career, Gordon is deeply committed to his alma mater and local community. In addition to being a member of the UFAA Board of Directors, he has contributed as an adjunct professor at the UF College of Law. Locally, Gordon has served on the boards of several organizations, including the Public Education Foundation of Marion County, the Boys & Girls Club of Marion County, and the Rotary Club of Metropolitan Ocala.

While at UF, Gordon served as Student Government Productions Chair and Florida Blue Key Divisions Director. In recognition of his efforts, Gordon was named Outstanding Student Leader (2002 Commencement) and selected for membership in the University of Florida Hall of Fame and Florida Blue Key.

Gordon lives in Ocala with his wife, Ashley (BSBA ’01), and their four children, Elsa, Bennett, Emmeline, and Alice. He has served on the UFAA Board of Directors since 2018. His current term expires on 6/30/2026.
