Erin Collins is the Executive Director of the Florida Alliance to End Human Trafficking. The Florida Alliance to End Human Trafficking is a non-profit organization created by the Florida Legislature to provide funding, support and assistance to the statewide effort to end human trafficking.

Prior to this role, Erin served as the External Affairs Manager for the Agency for State Technology overseeing all legislative affairs and communications efforts. She has previously worked as a consultant with National Strategies, a state and local government consulting firm, assisting clients with business development and procurement-related activities. She also held various positions with Florida TaxWatch, an independent, nonpartisan, nonprofit taxpayer research institute and government watchdog; including Director of Membership and External Relations.

Erin is a current member (and past President) of the Capital Area Gator Club Board of Directors. She has also served as the statewide chair of the Junior Leagues of Florida State Public Affairs Committee and currently serves on the board as the Membership Chair. She is a Sustainer member of the Junior League of Tallahassee, having served in various leadership capacities over the last ten years. She is also actively involved with the Florida Blue Key Alumni Association, Keystone Florida Alumni Advisory Council and is a member of Leadership Tallahassee Class 39.

Erin received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication from the University of Florida. She resides in Tallahassee with her husband and two stepdaughters.
