Congratulations, Class of 1974, on the 50th anniversary of your graduation from the University of Florida!

We are delighted to invite you to your 50th Reunion Weekend, scheduled for October 24 - 26, 2024 in Gainesville, FL. It's going to be a fantastic celebration of your remarkable milestone, and we can't wait to see you there!

Here's what to expect! The reunion weekend will kick off on Thursday, October 24 around 12:00pm, and conclude on Saturday, October 26 around 3:00pm.

Thursday, October 24

  • Festivities begin on Thursday with check-in at Emerson Alumni Hall, followed by an exclusive Lunch & Learn with a special guest speaker. That afternoon, enjoy guided campus tours, a wonderful opportunity to explore the university again. The day will conclude with a welcome reception - Class Connections & Cocktails - which will provide a relaxed setting to reconnect with classmates.

Friday, October 25

  • Join us early at Emerson Alumni Hall with the Breakfast of Memories, a cherished 50th Reunion Weekend tradition! Afterwards, engage in a series of events hosted across campus, offering opportunities to network with current students and faculty while experiencing the remarkable transformation of our beloved university over the past five decades. Following an afternoon break, the evening celebration will feature the 50th Reunion Dinner & Dance, complete with a sit-down dinner, remarks from prominent UF leaders, and plenty of time for dancing and reminiscing.

Saturday, October 26

  • Kick off Graduation Day with an exclusive brunch at Oak Hammock at the University of Florida. Next, don your commencement robes once more and cross the stage during the Induction Ceremony to officially join the Grand Guard Society, marking your new chapter of affinity with UF! This special weekend is packed with opportunities to reconnect, celebrate, and create lasting memories at the University of Florida.
