Kriley Harper-Larsen is the owner of NK Lago Farms, LLC. and The Ag Safety Lady. NK Lago Farms, LLC. is a boutique banana, plantain, turmeric, avocado and cattle farm and licensed nursery proudly located along the eastern shore of Lake Okeechobee in Pahokee and Canal Point, Florida. The Ag Safety Lady is a produce industry renowned, comprehensive compliance firm focused on food safety, workplace, environmental, social responsibility and farm-to-school consulting, training, auditing and crisis management.

She is also a member of the Yee Farms, Inc. family and most recently served as the Vice President of Product and People Safety at J&J Family of Farms (a Benson Hill owned company).
Immediately before joining J&J, Kiley directed Corporate Safety and Compliance for A. Duda and Sons, lnc.--famous for the Dandy brand of bulk and value-added celery, sweet corn, leafy greens, radish, celery, sweet corn, leafy greens, radish, and citrus items. Prior to owning her businesses, Kiley was a Business Development Manager with Primuslabs where she provided clientele in 17 states and four Canadian provinces with pricing, technical information and access to a platform of food safety auditing, training and testing services. Prior to Primuslabs, Kiley was the Director of Safety & Compliance with America's largest sweetcorn and green bean distributor Hugh H. Branch, Inc. (now Branch Family of Farms) and its partner farms of Robert C. Hatton, Inc., Pope Farms, Inc. and Growers Management, Inc.

She was responsible for creating and maintaining a dynamic compliance and education program for employees, managers, school nutrition personnel and customers. Prior to Hugh H. Branch, Inc., Kiley was an agricultural safety faculty member with UF/IFAS and Palm Beach County Cooperative Extension where she provided occupational safety training to over 10,000 stakeholders throughout the state of Florida and coordinated Florida's only Progressive Agriculture Safety Day for local fourth graders.

Kiley received her Master of Science in Agricultural Education and Communication from The University of Florida and Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communication from Auburn University. She holds numerous professional certifications including: International HACCP Alliance Trainer of Trainers, FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food Qualified Individual (PCQI) Lead Instructor, FSPCA Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) Lead Instructor, Produce Safety Alliance Produce Safety Rule Trainer, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, National Association of Safety Professionals Certified Safety Planner and Trainer, WPS Trainer, and PrimusGFS scheme and PrimusLabs Standard scheme Second­ Party and Third-Party Auditor.

Kiley is a 2018 graduate of the prestigious UF/IFAS Wedgworth Leadership Institute for Agriculture and Natural Resources Class X(http://wedgworthleadership.com/about ­the- program/Program-overview/). In 2014, she and her husband were chosen as Top Ten National Finalists for American Farm Bureau Federation's Excellence in Agriculture Award and were the 2013 Florida Farm Bureau Federation State Excellence in Agriculture winners. A servant leader, Kiley is previously Vice Chair and current Food Safety issues working group chair for the USDA Fruit and Vegetable Industry Advisory Committee (FVIAC), Past Chair of the American Farm Bureau Federation (AFBF) Food Safety Issues Advisory Committee.

She serves as a Florida Farm Bureau Federation (FFBF) Fruit and Vegetable Advisory Committee and is a member of the FFBF State Oversight Committee. Kiley serves as Secretary of the Florida Association of Food Protection (FAFP) and Vice President of FAFP South Florida chapter. She is a also board member of the NIOSH and OSHA-funded Southeastern Coastal Center for Agricultural Health and Safety and a Senior Stakeholder Advisory member for the FDA-funded Southern Center for Food Safety. In 2013-2014, she and her husband represented District 8 on the Florida Farmer and Rancher Leadership Board. She serves Beta Sigma Phi Sorority Xi Iota Alpha chapter as its current President, is a Board Member and Volunteer for the Palm Beach County Progressive Agriculture Safety Day and is a vocal member of the EAA Farmers organization. She volunteers regularly with Ella's Closet, a Belle Glade, Florida charity that assists local families with CPR, nutrition and financial education along with providing access to items not provided by public assistance like cribs, car seats, and strollers.
