Kevin Doe Crowsyn

Kevin Doe Crowsyn is a Master Sergeant with over 21 years of military service and has been part US Army Recruiting Command (USAREC) since 2009. Major General Jonnny Davis, the Commander of USAREC and Fort Knox, described Kevin as “one of the organization’s single most influential figures of the past decade.”


Kevin was the architect of USAREC’s first ever large scale “digital recruiting” program in 2014 and has led the development and implementation of new virtual strategy initiatives across the country. His focus on effective online communication and community relationship building greatly enhances the ability of the US Army to reach a wider audience and improve diversity and inclusion for the organization.


During the COVID-19 pandemic, Kevin coauthored the Army’s first techniques publication for medical recruiting and led the Florida Medical Recruiting Company to be ranked #1 in the country in 2020 and 2021. He also provided training to medical recruiting leaders across the country on how to successfully adapt to a post-COVID environment. Kevin was personally commended by the US Army Surgeon General, Lieutenant General Raymond Scott Dingle.


Kevin has earned over 40 military medals and recognitions, including three Meritorious Service Medals, one of the highest awards for noncombat service. He was also awarded the Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal for his work with the US Veterans Foundation as their Chief Marketing Officer.


Kevin earned an MA in Mass Communication from University of Florida, and a BA in Management from American Military University. He resides in the Tampa region with his wife and son.
