Impact Learning Center (ILC) was founded in 2014 by proud University of Florida Alumni, Trenton & Star Postell, with the hope of providing quality care for young children at an affordable price. Serving currently as the organization’s CEO & COO, together they created a mission to provide a loving, supportive, safe, and educational environment for families who need care for their children. It is our goal to offer a program that meets the intellectual, moral, social, emotional, and physical needs of each child. In a decade of operation, ILC has opened multiple locations throughout NE Florida over the years for families with a larger goal to continue expansion throughout the state of Florida. ILC serves a diverse population which includes affluent and working-class families, as well as those in our more vulnerable communities through the Head Start program. Impact Learning Center’s programs have all earned a 5-Star Rating through the Guiding Stars of Duval Rating system and carries a Gold Seal Accreditation designation from the Department of Children and Families (DCF) Florida. Inspired by the scripture Jeremiah 29:11 which states “For I know the Plans I have for you says the Lord…. Plans to give you a hope and a future”, we envision giving every child the gift of a quality early education, the HOPE for success, and the FUTURE that will Impact generations. ILC believes the first five years of a child’s life is the most important. If this is done properly, we can truly “Impact this World One Life at a Time”.
