The Knight Barry Title Group has over 80 offices in Florida, Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota and Texas with 570 experienced title and closing professionals. It’s one of the largest title insurance agencies in the U.S. and is led and partially owned by Florida Gator, Craig Haskins. The company has performed real estate closings for both residential and commercial properties since its parent company was formed in 1854. Since the company’s operations were assumed by Craig Haskins after his graduation from UF in 1995, it underwent an aggressive expansion plan and looked to grow quickly by acquiring 30 competing companies and expanding organically with an additional 30+ offices. As the acquisitions came to fruition and office locations grew, the company more than doubled in size during the recession of the early 2000’s and also added 135 employees and 20 offices during the COVID-19 pandemic.
