Rebecca Brock, BA ’94, JD ’98, is a sixth generation Florida native and a shareholder in the West Palm Beach office of Kubicki Draper, P.A. Rebecca began her legal career as a prosecutor with the State Attorney's Office of the 15th Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County. Subsequently, she has developed a complex civil trial practice and is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law. She served as President of the Palm Beach Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), one of the most highly respected organizations in the nation for civil trial lawyers, and is currently the President-Elect of FLABOTA, the organization that oversees the Florida Chapters of ABOTA. Rebecca was selected for membership in the International Society of Barristers (ISOB), an invitation-only organization which seeks to honor attorneys who have distinguished themselves as outstanding in the field of trial advocacy.
Rebecca received her Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor from the University of Florida. While a student at UF, she held leadership roles in Florida Blue Key, Kappa Alpha Theta, and Phi Alpha Delta. She presently serves as Chair-Elect of the Board of Trustees for the University of Florida College of Law, and is past president of the University of Florida College of Law Alumni Council. She has also been active with the Florida Bar, serving as chair of the Unlicensed Practice of Law Committee, and serving on the Criminal Rules and Procedure Committee. Rebecca serves on the Board of Directors of ChildNet, the organization chosen by the State of Florida to manage the protection of abused, abandoned and neglected children in Palm Beach and Broward Counties. She lives in Jupiter, FL with her husband and daughter and has served on the UFAA Board of Directors since 2018. Her current term expires on 6/30/2025.
