An active member of the Florida and Georgia Bars, Jessica Anderson is a litigator by training, and a diversity equity and inclusion advocate by passion. She currently serves as the General Manager of Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for Delta Air Lines.
In this role, Jessica leads a core, matrixed team responsible for ensuring Delta’s DEI strategies permeate globally throughout all major operating divisions. With exceptional relationship building and communicating skills, she works on an international level with employees, ranging from frontline to executive leaders, understanding the nuances of each division, translating opportunities into action and conveying DEI complexities in a clear and compelling manner.
Additionally, Jessica created and leads a professional development class at Delta which empowers new leaders to both believe in their own abilities and dare to want more. She finds purpose in uplifting young professionals and providing spaces where allyship can be established and professional growth can take place.
Jessica’s career started at the Florida based law firm of Cole, Scott and Kissane, P.A., practicing in the areas of employment and general commercial law. She then transitioned to RSUI Group, Inc., an Atlanta based insurance company, handling professional liability claims.
A proud “double gator” (B.S. ’04; J.D. ’07) she currently serves on the Law Alumni Council for the Levin College of Law. She is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Jessica currently resides in Atlanta, GA.
