Tiffany Brown is a double Gator that received her Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the College of Journalism and Communications in 2003 and her Juris Doctor from the Levin College of Law in 2007. She is on the In-House Counsel team for Universal Property and Casualty Insurance Company.

Tiffany began her legal career in the area of securities litigation, representing public companies, brokers/ investment advisors, and investors. She assisted both corporations and individuals in various stages of investigatory and legal court proceedings against federal government agencies, such as the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”), NYSE Amex, Nasdaq, the Department of Justice (“DOJ”) and the EEOC. She has also participated in delisting and class action proceedings representing publicly trade corporations.

Professionally, Tiffany is admitted in several jurisdictions including Florida, District of Columbia, Southern District of Florida, Middle District of Florida, District Court of D.C. and the United States Court of Appeal for the Eleventh Circuit. She was a 2017 Fellow of the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar and is currently a Fellow with the Florida Bar’s Leadership Academy. Tiffany was elected by her peers to receive the SuperLawyers Rising Star designation by Thomson Reuters in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021.

As the founder of Sarai2Sarah Enterprises, Inc., a leadership development program for young ladies in South Florida and Legalize My Hustle, Inc., a corporate training program for entrepreneurs, Tiffany provides an invaluable service to her community. She is the proud mother of one son and she enjoys traveling and gardening.
