Allison is the founder and executive director of the North Florida Music Project (501c3), which provides resources to music programs in under-funded schools in the form of grants or donated instruments and gives music educators the support needed to provide their students with quality music education. It is her personal mission to aid her fellow music educators who experience a severe lack of funding in the public education systems of North Florida. Recently, her non-profit partnered with HundredX Campaigns to raise thousands of dollars in funds and was able to provide a monetary grant to the UF Opera Outreach initiative, supporting their ambitions to bring music to Gainesville students. As the current Miss Jacksonville 2022, Allison uses her platform to present confidence building, vocal workshops to middle and high school students, educating them on the developmental benefits of learning music. During her time competing for Miss Florida, she has received many scholarships, including the prestigious Leanza Cornett Education Scholarship Award, recognizing her ambitious work and dedication to the field of music education. Allison graduated the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance in 2019 and a Master of Music Education in 2021. In addition to her non-profit and volunteer work as Miss Jacksonville, Allison has utilized her degrees in her career as a voice and piano studio instructor with more than 40 students. She is a proud member of the National Association for Music Education, Florida Music Education Association, and the Rotaract Club of Jacksonville’s Beaches.
