Dayana Falcon grew up in Miami where the warmth and electric vibe of the city quickly grew on her at an early age. Being the first in her family to attend college as a Latina with Cuban roots, she chose The University of Florida to pursue an education, where she majored in Advertising. Dayana has been described as a pioneering, digital expert, visionary, connector, revenue driver, and change-maker and her greatest strength is her ability to network.
 
For a decade, Dayana has embodied the definition of #CareerFocused. Taking bold career moves by growing her toolkit with a unique set of visionary skills. This journey has unlocked her passion for supporting the next generation of talent to garner equal access to opportunities to meet all of their career aspirations.

Falcon has worked alongside Fortune 500 Companies from ESPN, The Walt Disney Company, and Interpublic Group and acquired skills including Digital Media Marketing, Sales, Social Networking, and Analytics to fuel Growth Opportunities, Inclusive Leadership, #FutureofWork Talent Management Strategies, Growth Mindset, Creativity, and Innovation. Currently, she is the Talent Mobility Manager at ESPN unlocking next-generation employee engagement and career development. She recently received the HR Innovation Award of the year from the C2HR organization.
 
Being the first in her family to attend college at The University of Florida, and receive a full scholarship, she's created a non-profit called Gators Unidos to invest in the untapped potential of the next generation of Latino Gators. Gators UNIDOS focuses on educational, mentorship, and sponsorship opportunities connecting one generation of Latino University of Florida Gators, to the next. With the launch of the Gators Unidos Scholarship fund, they have already awarded 2 professional development scholarships and coming back for year 2 to award two more. Most recently, Dayana was also selected for the University of Florida National Board of Directors and UF Gator Alumni 40 under 40.

With her diversity of thought and growth mindset from an advertising career pathway, Falcon has invested her energy into helping minority women market themselves for more rewarding career pathways leveraging their transferable skills and passions as a career coach.

Based out of Los Angeles, California, with her husband Jason and her adorable dogs Oliver and Bella, Dayana is not resting until her network and community reach equal access to opportunity.
