Trey Warnock

Trey Warnock grew up in Plant City Florida, a son to Tommy and Pam and a brother to Brooke. Trey’s first college experience was at Hillsborough Community College in Plant City Florida where he earned an AA. Although, he had no intentions of continuing his education; a short trip to Gainesville with a lifelong friend quickly changed his mind. He earned his BS in 2008 and MS in 2010 both within the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. The opportunities and more so relationships formed at the University of Florida enriched his life and emboldened his pursuit of a career in the beef industry. Trey began his professional career at Amarillo Brokerage Company in Amarillo Texas. He started out as an intern, then a broker’s assistant/analyst and now as an owner of the company as well as other related companies. Amarillo Brokerage is a commercial cattle risk management firm with clients across the United States. They specialize in the cattle sector of the beef industry, execute futures/options/derivative trades for hedging and price discovery purposes as well as consult. Trey has a love and appreciation for the University of Florida, College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, and the people who he formed relationships with while there. Trey and his wife Chelsea live in Amarillo Texas with their son Truett. Trey and Chelsea are currently partners in West Texas Dietetics where Chelsea is a consulting dietitian. Trey and his family love God, enjoy college football, golf, and cooking.
