During his 13-year career, Nick has provided operational management of construction projects totaling more than $590 million. A certified general contractor with LEED AP credentials, his experience encompasses project acquisition, operations, estimating, preconstruction and facilitation. Since 2018, he has served as a project executive for Coastal Construction, where he is currently collaborating on the Water Street Tampa Development Project.
A 2006 graduate of the Rinker School of Construction Management, Nick is deeply involved with industry organizations, most notably, the national Associated Builders and Contractors, serving as board director for its Florida East Coast and West Coast chapters. While working in South Florida, Nick helped found the South Florida BCN Alumni Club, which promotes a strong network among UF BCN Rinker School graduates. Most notably, he spearheaded the club’s annual fishing tournament, which, to date, has raised close to $400,000 for Rinker, making it the school’s largest alumni-led fundraiser.
While participating in the 2014 Leadership Miami conference, Nick led a team of professionals to win the Outstanding Project of the Year award from the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. Nick’s team renovated a former church into a multi-use day care facility for Branches, an urban and social justice agency.
