As vice president of Atlanta-based Wood Partners, one of the nation’s largest multifamily developers, Kristin manages a portfolio of assets from development through disposition. Her broad real-estate background includes asset management, development, acquisitions, dispositions, valuation and strategy across most product types and major U.S. markets.
Prior to joining Wood Partners, Kristin was a real-estate and asset manager at Atlanta BeltLine, which planned and implemented the largest redevelopment effort ever undertaken in Atlanta. Her prior experience includes development, asset management and transaction management roles with companies such as Cousins Properties, CBRE and EY.
Kristin has been deeply involved with the Urban Land Institute (ULI) for the last 14 years. She is a graduate of the ULI Atlanta Center for Leadership Class of 2015 and was awarded a scholarship from the ULI Women’s Leadership Initiative that year.
Outside of work, Kristin serves on the board of directors for Kate’s Club, a nonprofit organization in Atlanta focused on children’s bereavement. Having experienced the death of her father when she was 12, Kristin is passionate about the work Kate’s Club does to help grieving children.
A dual Gator, Kristin earned a bachelor’s degree in business management in 2004 and a master’s degree in finance (concentration in real estate) in 2005.
