Kyle is a proud second-generation Gator who practices commercial and environmental law at the Tampa office of Bradley Arant Boult Cumming. Recognized as a Super Lawyers “Rising Star,” Kyle has litigated some of the nation’s most consequential natural resources and infrastructure cases in federal and state courts across the country. He helps clients prosecute and defend high-stakes, bet-the-company cases in states as diverse as California, Washington, Minnesota, and—of course—Florida. Kyle currently serves as co-chair of the American Bar Association’s Water Resources Committee and has won awards for his articles on administering and enforcing environmental law.

Kyle also serves on the board of a governmentally chartered community-improvement district and maintains an active pro bono practice. A loud and proud advocate of the “inclusion revolution,” he coaches Special Olympics athletes and serves on the District of Columbia’s Special Olympics board of directors. As a board member, Kyle founded a young professionals council that raised more than $100,000, driving hundreds of volunteers to Special Olympics programming and connecting business and civic leaders with Special Olympics’ mission.
