MBA '22

AnaLee Rodriguez is the Senior Manager of Global Corporate Communications at Universal. She obtained her undergraduate degree in communications, while double minoring in English and graphic design from Gwynedd Mercy University in Gwynedd Valley, PA and obtained her master’s in business administration from the University of Florida.

Early in her career, she made magic within the Walt Disney Company and ESPN. She also had the pleasure of working at the National Basketball Association, NY Yankees, Avalon Park West and ESPN Philly Radio. She also was employed at the University of Florida for five years working for Vice President Curtis Reynolds for Business Affairs and Scott Fox for Transportation and Parking Services as a Communications Manager where she launched the nationally recognized program Food for Fines (under President Fuch’s presidency).

While at the University of Florida, she oversaw multimedia design, web content, communication efforts with journalists and over 1200 employees. During these opportunities, she realized her passion for creative marketing, innovation and strategic communications (executive, internal and external). Seven years later, Disney called and asked her to lead and build a diversity and inclusion (DEI) influencer relations program, communications strategy and coast-to-coast event by working on their Public Affairs team for Consumer Products, Games and Publishing, which covers a large portfolio of franchises and licensees (such as Marvel, Pixar, National Geographic, Star Wars, shopDisney, ESPN, 20th Century, Disney Animation and more). She also builds relationships with licensees (such as minority-owned businesses to large product companies) and pitch stories locally, regionally, and nationally showcasing inclusion.

Rodriguez is also a small business owner. She created AR Elite Studio, LLC which is a multimedia marketing and public relations studio focused on assisting businesses and personal brands with creative marketing, communications, social media strategy, photography and media negotiations. She has worked with the University of Florida’s Small Business and Supplier Diversity Office, professional athletes and local families.
