Gator Band Alumni Weekend

Get ready to take the field on Saturday to rehearse with the Gator Marching Band. Join Gator Band Alumni and friends at a BBQ tailgate on the lawn at University Auditorium. March at halftime during the Homecoming Gator football game vs. LSU. Game time TBD. 

 

The Homecoming Parade, for those who want to watch, starts at noon on Friday, followed by a late afternoon or early evening alumni band registration/rehearsal in Steinbrenner Band Hall. The exact time will be determined as soon as the game time is announced.

 

Once again, a donor has agreed to match up to $1000 for contributions made to the Gator Band Greatest Needs Fund.  Last year our $10,000 donation help pay for new tubas and the repair of most of the instruments made by the students.  Please consider adding a contribution when you register.

 

Please note that there is an increase in game ticket prices this year to $80 since this is considered a "premium" game due to LSU being the opponent. Our block will be in the lower bowl this year, much closer to the field than in recent years. The UF Athletic Association sets the prices, and we have no control over this. The game is expected to sell out and tickets will be much more expensive on the secondary market, so be sure to order your tickets early.
