Choice Rehab Connections is a physical and occupational therapy contract company servicing home health agencies throughout the Tampa Bay area. The team is comprised of approximately 50 therapists who provide one on one therapy treatments within the patient’s home. Therapy is geared towards patients who are post-op surgery, have gait or balance issues, weakness, require training for completing basic care needs such as dressing, bathing, toileting, etc.
