Foundry recently launched an Investment Management platform targeting institutional and accredited individual investors. This platform was created to enhance value for Foundry’s investor clients, customers, associates, and communities.

At the end of 2021, Foundry acquired location analysis and incentives advisory firm, Maxis Advisors. In June 2022, Foundry’s healthcare and seniors housing platform more than doubled in size when the company acquired the Spring Arbor Senior Living collection of assisted living and memory care communities. The portfolio now operates 54 communities in 12 states. Foundry has also added five new verticals. From Real Estate Solutions to user development services, from debt and structured finance to investment advisory, and from social media marketing services to land advisory, Foundry continues to grow into numerous verticals and niches.

Our team works hard, and we have a lot of fun along the way. As an operator, we’re often responsible for putting the deals together, from sourcing to strategy to capitalization to execution, and everything in between. There’s a lot of responsibility that comes with that role, but it's incredibly rewarding.
