Rad Wear is a family-owned business that specializes in customized apparel and promotional products. We sell an extensive range of customized products to a broad range of customers from educational and fundraising, to healthcare, construction and more.

Rad Wear was started in 2010 by Radley and Jennifer Ruland, when a chance meeting presented an opportunity for expansion into the industry. Radley was working at Cox Media selling advertising and Jennifer was working as a NICU nurse at Shands Hospital in Gainesville when they started Rad Wear.

Since then, Rad Wear has grown to 16 employees and is ranked in the top 1% of all distributors in the country, based on the most recent industry statistics.

Rad Wear is a certified woman-owned business and a member of the Fair Labor Association (FLA).

Our standard is to provide unparalleled customer service while keeping up with the high expectations of our clientele. Rad Wear prides itself on our expertise and complete customer satisfaction. If something goes wrong with an order we will always make it right.

Rad Wear is also extremely involved in the community. We are always participating in charitable events and donating to causes that are near and dear to our clients. It is one of our core competencies to give back to the communities that serve us.

Our product offerings are comprised of thousands of items. They range from basic giveaway items such as pens, bags and drinkware to higher-end items such as apparel, trade show displays and name-brand gifts. Anything you can put an imprint on, Rad Wear can do.

Rad Wear uses a wide variety of suppliers, printers, and decorators across the country, ensuring each one upholds the same standard when it comes to product quality and customer service. We regularly attend industry events to ensure we stay on top of trends, so our clients can have access to the most useful products for their every need.

Rad Wear currently services many collegiate institutions across the country and has built a strong understanding of the high standards that come along with that market. It is our hope that with our knowledge and strong references, we can continue to penetrate the market and expand into even more institutions.
