The founder of Ricci Insurance Group, Whitney Ricci, started her career in insurance in 2007 at State Farm where she spent 7 years in sales & operations management roles. In 2014, with hopes of being able to provide the same relationship-based agency model for clients, but with a variety of “A” rated insurance company options for their property & casualty needs, she left to open an independent agency. Going into 2024, her team has grown to 25+ team members and is licensed in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, California, Texas & Washington DC. They have achieved Diamond & Platinum status with different insurance companies and served on multiple agent advisory councils, including President of the Southern states for SafeCo/Liberty Mutual. They are especially proud of the charity referral program they launched in 2020.
