The Scotch Institute of Ear, Nose & Throat is a leading ENT practice in the Tampa, FL area, dedicated to providing comprehensive care for all ages, and disorders affecting the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck. The practice was founded by Dr. Brett Scotch, who works alongside Dr. Hope Bueller, Dr. Andrew Agnew, and a team encompassing Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Speech Pathologists, Doctors of Audiology, and allergy nurses. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for our patients by delivering exceptional healthcare with expert knowledge and compassion, ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention and the highest standard of medical care. The primary focus of Scotch ENT is on adult and pediatric ENT care, including complex sinus disorders, allergy testing and treatment, hearing and hearing aids, sleep medicine, and speech pathology. We are not only a treatment and surgical center, but also a hub for research and innovation. We actively participate in clinical trials and studies aimed at discovering new therapies and improving existing treatment protocols.

Brett M. Scotch, DO, is an AOA board-certified otolaryngologist, facial plastic surgeon, and sleep medicine physician. He began his career in Tampa serving as a major in the U.S. Air Force Medical Corps, where he cared for military personnel, their families and retirees at the MacDill Air Force Base Hospital. He serves the medical profession in multiple capacities at the local, state-wide, and national levels. Most recently he served as the President of the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association.
